Looking for a New Moderator for words

For six years I have been a Moderator of words and for six years I have enjoyed and loved words. They have meant alot to me. But now it is time for me to step away and Continue on with some bigger projects in my life.

I can't express what it has meant to be to be a part of words and the things I have gained from this forum.

I am asking for applicants for the position of moderator as words, I would like to have someone in place before I leave.

So please private message me if you are interested in a moderator positon in words.

Things we are looking for as a replacement.

Someone that has at least 60-90 posts with in the 90 days this shows you are an active member in words forum.

We will also look at people who post to others words with positive comments.

so if you feel that someone is you please contact me.

On the note of a replacement mod, if he's interested, I think (Wordy) would do an excellent job.

Generally, it's not desired that you nominate others - they need to speak up for themselves and show interest in the position, or not be considered at all. Of those that *do* have an interest in applying, contact the mods. Cherub and the other mods will discuss who they see as the best candidate and I'll make it happen.

Again, cherub, thanks for all the years of dedicated effort on this forum. You will def be missed in here.
 
Well I'd certainly jump at the opportunity! I've already PM'ed cherub. There might be others who are interested though. But thanks for the support guys!

And wow cherub, six years is a long time! You've certainly done an excellent job while I've been on the scene. Good luck with your future endeavours and thanks for your labour of love. :)

That all makes perfect sense, but I don't think it hurts to see that the people who are regular visitors to this forum have an idea of who they would like to see as mod either...

For what it's worth, I think (Wordy) would be awesome as well.

cherub, you are a bl institution, words would never have been the place it is without you, I'm sure you will be greatly missed. Keep in touch chicken :)
 
cherub, i owe everything i know about words and enforcing positive reflection of people's treasured emotions and proclamations to you, from when i was a newbie just getting started you helped me along, and encouraged confidence for my writing. but that has a limit that talking to you and getting to know you and "going through some things" doesn't. i hope you still post every-so-often. and i definitely hope that i might talk to you soon. good luck with whatever's in store for you. your conjecture and pure heavenly thought will be sorely missed around these parts.
