Heroin Looking for a heroin holiday

Would love to to travel the world and meet people who are into the same things as me (heroin in particular) I’d love to explore the sites high as a kite, not looking to share my experience sexually or with junkies, just people who like to use in moderation. I don’t want to be banging heroin every day but more so after a long day of site seeing, come back to a hotel, then get high and do some further exploring, Will mention that im gay so that might put a fair people off but not looking for anyone for sex/intimacy. Just mates who like to get on the gear together and explore. Maybe Germany? Netherlands? Or where ever the smack is cheap and of good (free from Zines and fent) quality.
