Psychedelics Looking for a 'guide' or therapist

Hi. I am seeking someone who has experience with guided trips and/or therapeutic processes akin to those published by Harvard way back when. I know that we are still years away from psychadelic therapy by everyday therapists, but I am sure there are some trustworthy folks practicing behind the scenes. Figured this was the best place to ask, for now. ty

I mean it spread its web world wide..
Are you looking for a therapist?
In which region?
 
I am looking for someone who does 1 on 1 therapeutic sessions with psychadelics. East coast Aus.
 
Nimbin Is probably the best bet for you so I have Heard. definitely some wookies out therr and maybe some far out crystal healers but from what I seen some real people who are trying to really make a difference
 
I know some people that do Telehealth online that are experienced and work in the psychedelic sector as well as online therapy. Feel free to send me a message if you’re still looking. I’ve worked in the psychedelic sector myself
 
very late reply, i hope you found someone.

i would suggest that seek someone who has done the training in psychedelic psychotherapy and has a good history of providing therapy.
there are a lot of good trip sitters out there without qualifications and there are a lot of bad ones too.
same can be said about therapists ( i am one so i feel like justified in my response hahaha:)

its all about the work afterwards, the integration which i would argue is more important.
 
Wanted to add to this. There is currently no legal framework in Australia for guided therapy using MDMA or Psilocybin, even though can be prescribed it...

So even though you may find someone, there's no training requirements, no certifications and there's little in the way of recourse or enforcement if things go wrong. It will all likely fall under the controller drugs act.

@Tronica , do you know of any progress towards a legal framework in Australia for such guided therapisits and locations doing therapy?
