I'm here to learn and share. I don't honestly believe there there is a cure for addiction but I do believe you can recover. There isn't a single person who hasn't seen weakness or had a bad day. Everyone knows addiction, just a different form of it. I'm glad to be here and hope that I can contribute.

I'm also here because I'm going to bury my sister in two days. She overdosed on heroin. I can't judge her because I'm a former addict.

She would be 24. This was not the plan.

I too believe you can recover and be treated for addiction but there definitely isn't a cure.

Once an addict always an addict. We startt as cucumbers an when we do drugs we become pickles. We can stop the use of drugs but will always be pickles we can never be a cucumber again. I'm very sorry for your loss. I jus lost my cuzzin to heroin. Its a ruff road to recovery congrats on being clean
