just do a search. diphenhydramine during opioid withdrawal will cause horrible RLS so bad. doing this caused me to abandon a detox once because it got so fucking bad after taking diphenhydramine

I made that mistake once, I had to take some Norco to get it to stop. Literally flailing around in the bed, it was insane.
