Longest Opiate High

So this is my first post and I'd like to say hey and I have a question. I searched through the forums and saw a lot of advice on opiates and such, but for the most part I'm a newbie. As far as my tolerance goes, if i take around 15 mg of oxycodone I feel most of the effects. So my question is I plan on going out on a day trip which is around 11 hours and I'm wondering how I can basically be feeling the opiates for the whole trip or the longest possible.

So these are the pills I currently have:
7 Percocets 5mg/325mg(Oxycodone)
6 Lortabs 7. 5mg/500mg(Hydrocodone)
4 Tramadols 50mg
4 Darvocets 500mg/650mg(heard these suck lol)

Also I have white grapefruit juice and thats it, any help will be greatly appreciated .

Didn't you just have this thread closed on another forum because it isn't in the interest of harm reduction?

Or did I imagine that?
