Hello from Canada, i have been a long term reader but now find myself needing to post for advice and support. For the past year I have been smoking at least 1 x 100mcg/h teva fentanyl patch. I am now trying to quit, i am 72 hours in now and wondered if anyone can tell me what to expect. The first 24 hours were not bad most likely because fent was still in my system. 24-72 hours was horrendous but at the momment other than chills i feel ok. is this just a "calm before a storm'? any advice from people coming off fent patches, specifically smoking would be appreciated.
