Greetings folks,
Lets just begin by typing that this is purely hypothetical, the things you read in this thread should not be tempted by anyone.
Purely for informational purpose.

Long story short, been using various opioids for over 10 years, IV heroin as a drug of choice.
Now on Methadone since late summer of 2010, were on 130mg for nearly 2 years. Now on 70mg for a couple months.

So to the question,
How much Hydromorphone would be needed to break through and get somewhat of a rush and/or aftereffects of the hydromorphone?
I know its individual but roughly, 4mg ? 8mg ? 20mg? 40mg?

Greetings
DeLee

You're not going to get the high you're looking for no matter how much you do. There is such a massive buildup of methadone in your system from being on the done for that long, and you're still taking 70mg's daily, that it would take days for you to be able to really feel it.

Attempting to "break through" anyway, is very dangerous and can easily result in an OD. It happens all the time.

If you are going to try it, start very low. You can always do more but you can't do less. Even though you may not be feeling the high, your respiration is still getting depressed and you could OD.
