Hello BL members. I've been consulting this forum for a long time in order to gain knowledge from those who have been there, done that. welcomeThanks Smoky an CH. high dose Xanax use (6-10mgs/day) since September. Had no idea about WD from using benzos...whoops. Self prescribed, started scaling back based on time/dose tables I researched May 1. Down to .5 kpin in morning since Monday. It's rough at night, but I'm sure there are those on here who have used more, longer, and have kicked it so I can too. Mental desire to use next to nothing, thankfully, chills, stomach pain, and head fog are rough but am getting by. Oh yeah, 5 years (alcohol) sober. That's enough for tonight. Thanks again.
