Hello!

I sometimes come here to check what the hell is going on now days, on the rave scene etc.
I used to be a real party animal when I was younger. Now it's all pharms from the doctor,
nothing much more fun then that... It sucks getting older, you need to take a whole bunch of not so "cool" pills...

I hear you on the getting older part. I joined here when I was like 17 or 18 and I'm 31 now. So over the years i look back and see the silly shit i posted when i had joined to what i post now. Huge difference haha

Yeah, when I was 16-23, I had soooo much fun, but I was also a bit stupid and irresponsable, I remember being at raves surrounded by pretty girls flourecent lights and everybody was dancing and smiling, now Im like a real "nowhere man" (like that Beatles song), just avoiding Corona...

Yeah... it sucks, but on the other hand, aging can bring with it a sense of accomplishment and possibly a bit of wisdom to share with others. Hopefully getting older will help one see what is really going on and provide tools to deal with the whole mess we are provided.
Glad to have another ancient aboard and look to read some of your posts to glean a bit of this so-called wisdom from the elders.

Yeah, thanks for your reply @madness00!

I probably have to seriously shape-up or win the lottery (or both) if Im going have any mayor luck with these younger (input legal age or above) females, (Im still kind of cute though)...

Publishing cool books/art or joining some really obscure psychedelic band, (where I don't actually have to know how to play any instrument) could also help... Anyway I didn't think it was going to happen, but I kind of prefer women who are around my age, (maybe slightly younger, I had older ones too, like 20 years + my age, that can also be a lot of fun! Don't knock it until you tried it)!

Drugs can be good or bad, depending on how they are used/abused. I wouldn't knock "big-pharma" just because it is trendy amongst the alternative crowd, also everything thats "natural" is not healthy. Most "pharms" are derived from plants... And "lithium" is a mineral, for instance!

Welcome to Hip. I personally like getting my drugs from the doctor much more than the streets. Of course it's alot more limited.

The optimum is countries where you can just be "your own doctor" and just go straight to the pharmacy...
But I live in a country where you have to have one or several doctors/experts etc... It's good because they check your blood and organs, and such, make sure your not killing yourself...
