Hi ppl Ive been quite a hardcore smoker of both Cannabis and Heroin for well over 15 yrs now, and I'm worried about my chest as I get pains when I smoke off the foil. Some morning I cough up some horrible browny /black gunk which is really worrying, but one thing I have to say is this only happens when I quit, or reduce on the ciggy's,???.So my question is this a good thing,? or does it just mean my lungs are messed up and now the tar is moving to my heart which worries the hell out of me. Recently I have been getting palpitations as well as a blocked hard feeling in the centre off my chest.Okey I'm not an hardcore IV user and never have been and dont want to be, being on Methadone 45 mls as well I just top up on gear when I can, but its gunna be a long week now till next pay check and with having some tolerance I'm just wondering weather snorting would be possible. At the minute I can get my hands on 2 types of H, 1 being the rocky brown stuff which is real dark and tar looking a pool ball black on the foil but I have to spend a good 25$ for 2 items and drink 4 cans of beer before I feel it, and the other the same but the H is an off white fluffy powder which is a little lighter on the foil, and when cooked up it as very clear looking, I know the fluffy stuff seems more better for the snorting but anyway, even after a 2-3 day break with hell going on I can feel it but it never works like what it used to.I started using H when I was 15 years old, and now I'm 32.Some say I'm look to get this far but now its getting too much my life's going no were , and underneath it all I do want to stop but I so look forward to my payday use ,which I get on the Friday and its all gone by the Monday.I dont use any stimulants btw, ie, Crack which I used to some years back but no more I have enough probs with what I have at minute.Hell I even stopped using Cannabis and have cut back on the booze, the worrying thing is the tar I'm bringing up, and the chest pains which aren't bad there more off a sensation, a hard feeling as though somethings blocked.Ive spoken to my GP but he doesn't seem to be as worried ,or alarmed.I have been for a chest XRay for these symptoms and and ECG, and still no wiser, hope someone can relate to this many thanks.
