Hello. I have been doing kratom for about three years straight. I drink a lot. I am one of those types that requires a larger amount for it to be effective. My question was this : Does it do any damage to the Kidneys? I ask this because I have been having weird pains and aches in my kidneys, mostly noticeable the last few years. This could be due to other things because I do not eat well and am out of shape. Also I drink way too many sodas. One good thing is that I do drink a lot of water, but that is besides the point.
Are there any notable risks of using Kratom long term? I find the benefits to be very substantial, and it is going to take a lot for me to consider quitting. If anything. I did try using the "search" function. Not only on here, but also on Google. I found a lot of nothing, but one thing I did find was that Kratom has vitamins and antioxidants. I found that to be pretty cool.
Any info or comments would be quite welcome. Or if you just wanna say hi, That is cool too.
