Has anyone who is addicted to opiates found that it seems to decrease the effects of LSD? When first with my boyfriend, he said that the LSD we did barely worked on him (he's on methadone.) And, a couple of years later, as well as a heroin-addiction later, I did LSD two days after completing detox, and it was beautiful. But, about a month after that, when I was hooked again, I took some LSD that was supposedly super-strong, and it seemed to take forever to work, and didn't experience a peak. :p Has anyone else noticed this?

Opiates take some of the effects of LSD and psilocybin away for me but not too much. It takes away some of the unpleasant effects but it doesent dumb down the trip nearly as much as benzos do for me.

So yeah opiates dumb it down abit for me but not much. But then again i don't take huge doses of opiates while tripping either.
