Just curious as to the use of mdma/mda and the negative effects it can have. I've only rolled 3 times, will be 4 next Saturday night. I don't abuse it at all, I only do it once a month and I switch each month between the two. I have never re-dosed to keep the night going. If I do "re-dose" it's when I take the other half of what I planned on taking. I never take a ridiculous amount, I think the most I've taken was the first time, ~180mg. I won't e bomb and probably never will, the thought scared me.
What can and will happen to my mind, body and soul if I continue this very controlled use of this drug?
I say continued because it is almost like therapy for me. It has helped me through my depression and helped me figure out complicated things because I talk to myself or someone else almost the entire time I'm rolling.

Hello Warden

I would say that your views on your use being controlled is okay but not true HR.

Once every three months would be better in terms of mental break, dose is slightly high at 180mG and also be aware MDA is heavier on the body than MDMA.

With these factors in place I think over time you may find you become less sensitive to the drug. If over a long period of time you continue monthly use on relatively high dose then in the future you might experience memory issues, anxiety, brain fog, panic attacks etc. I think this would become apparent into your 30s or so. With MDMA it takes time for the damage to reveal itself cause when you are young you can get away with a lot more.

Your dosing I would say is not crazy its kind of borderline in my opinion.

You are clearly concerned hence your post so I would say if you could cut back a bit that would be a safer bet.

Hope this helps.
