Opioids Long Term Kratom Extract Use - Health concerns?

I've been using high potency kratom extracts for about 2 years now.

It takes about 80mg of oxycodone per day to keep me well if I'm not using the kratom extracts. The specific extract I use is known as "FST" or "Full Spectrum Tincture" from a very well known online vendor, the same one that provides the "UEI" to all the other vendors.

Anyways, I haven't noticed any real side effects. I sometimes have difficulty peeing, but that started during the 6 month period I was using pods instead of kratom and about 85% of the peeing issue seemed to go away when I started using kratom again. Although I still notice it slightly, seems like a swollen prostate.

I haven't noticed any face yellowing or any of the other side effects that they sometimes say long term 'leaf' users get. I'm just wondering if possibly this could be causing damage to my liver, or kidneys, or anything else? Could I use this for another 8 years if I wanted to and not have health damage? Any long term users here that have experience with this?

I have to assume that the tincture extract I use should be much better for you than consuming massive amounts of dirty leaf all the time.

Oh, and I consume about $150 worth of the extracts per week. This works out to about 75-100g of kratom leaf per day (They use 150g per 3mL of tincture and I consume about 2mL of tincture per day).

Anyone have any clue?

I know allllll about withdrawal, trust me. I'm just wondering what kind of health concerns, if any, long term kratom tincture EXTRACT use would cause.

extract will have less long term health effects because there is less actual "plant material"

I haven't seen any studies on habitual, chronic high-dose effects so I won't be so quick to just assume its safe. Most opioids are not really organically damaging like say meth is but I'm not sure the quantities and form you are using have been studied in long term users so I am not sure that anyone can gauge the safety of this with any specificity.

Going to bump this thread periodically, maybe once every few days just for a little bit, if thats okay. I'm hoping to find someone else who has been in my situation who can maybe shed some light on this topic.

If anyone knows about kratom (specifically FST) health risks, please PM me or post here!

Thanks!

I've found several sources that say no long term studies have been conducted on kratom and assume that would apply even more so for concentrated extracts.
"...kratom use, including its clinical pharmacology and toxicology, are poorly understood."

That said the effects of long term use have been documented in the populations of Thailand and other countries.
