Long term, high dose adderall binging - Long term effects?

I'll start by trying to keep this as short at possible and not ramble, for your attention spans sake.

For the last 7 years, I've chugged on average 2 energy drinks (240mg each) a day (at some points,I would drink 4 a day, for months at a time). That lead to adderall about 4 years ago. I quickly started binging often, 2 - 3 times a month, taking anywhere between 120mg - 400mg, going 2 - 4 days without sleeping. (1/3 my month) I'm still doing this, including the energydrink habit(luckily, the last two months I've cut back about half. 1 to 2 a day. I also was taking 200mg - 400mg ephedrine to get though work after the binges. I also went through a month period taking ecstasy. I stopped after I took way too much (MDMA cut with amphetamines), white dragonfly pokeballs I think they where called? while taking a good amount of tramadol. I ended up taking 7 pills over 6-7 hours. I went into serotonin syndrome .. that definitely wasn't fun.

Also, I won't get into it, but I have a back disorder that started becoming very painful 2.5 years ago. So naturally, I slammed each bottle in 2 - 3 days(started with 90x5mg/month, ended with 120x30mg oxycodone IR, 20x10mg oxymorphone IR(I snorted them) and 120x600mg gabapentin. All three bottles where gone within a week. I quit all that 1 year ago near cold turkey (tapered over a week with a few 30's I had left). My girlfriend of 5 years cheated on me the next week during withdrawal which I took EXTREMELY hard, like embarrassingly hard. That triggered a massive alcohol problem, binging 2 - 3 bottles a day, morning, night, whenever, then spending a day smoking weed to recover. That ended about 6 months ago, I can't drink anything without getting weird, tried and sick now. I still binge, but on Dexadrine now, 1 - 3 times a month, chug energy drink every day, and take clonazepam daily. (I'm not a fan of high dose benzo's, .5 is more than enough)

In general, I grew up a little rough (lived in north Compton, poor, minority, blahblah), father passed when I was 11, never went to a school for more than 2 years straight, no long term friends. I've also had a lot of emotional trauma with death, childhood shit I'd rather not get into.

I lost 185 pounds in 4 years (90 the second year with adderall), I rarely eat (food is gross now), and I'm just in general unhealthy and malnourished.

I'm not asking for opinions really, I know I need to stop, and I will, quickly with all of these medical problems arising. I'm just wondering what type of damage I've done so far, how much of it may be permanent, and how long it may take to recover (I know everyone is different). I think I probably have adrenal fatigue(can this be perm?), I've gone through massive muscle loss (380 down to 195, ridiculously high body fat to muscle ratio), I've developed degenerative disk disease, spinal arthritis. Mentally, I just feel like a robot. No excitement ever, literally. I always feel numb, but have massive breakdowns every so often.

Given I stopped this now, what long term effects could I be facing? What supplements should I be taking on these stimulants? I've read so many different cocktails.

Sorry for the ramble, I tried .... you know how it goes :D
