I will comment on the cocain and common effects.. Often Mood swings similar and often diagnosed as BP2.. I found mine to be easily stabilized with a short run on a mood stabilizer.. talk to health professional about lithium or Lamictal as well as other choices... this pattern persisted, the BP2, for years and years after heavy use and was brought under control in a relatively short run on lithium, less than a year at the lowest therapeutic dose.. results not only may vary but will vary i'm sure with different people.. I just wanted to get the concept and the amazing results it had with me.. also as the cycle of up and downs was stabilized my incidence of relapse went to nothing..
hurray.. If this is something you experience as you make your way out of the active cocaine addiction then i would consult a medical professional about your options.
drug use damages your brain in order to get a quicker more effective, more comfortable brain, you will need to treat tit rite and work it out.
IMO Best or most important things for reclaiming your mind after hard use or abuse..
1. absolutely set sleep schedule, immaculate sleep hygiene (no tvs, no computers, in a bed with sheets, adequate light control (blinds or curtains.. yeah and remember to use them)
2, exercise.. with all, but especially, the heavy dopamine and serotonin manipulating drugs.. 30 mins aerobic five days a week! don't worry you will get to like it as you will get such a clean strong mood that you will soon have to motivate yourself to stop and not to begin.
3. work the brain out, to build the brain back up you need to work it out, try and work all parts of it out as all were effected, for instance taking a class on organic chem in school, dance instructions, relationship with a new

, regular play at a memory development exercises on the computer, working on a oil color painting, while listening to a decent segment of completely new music each day, and taking up a new language.. would be an ideal plan.. look up how the brain.. movement, memory, impulse control, creativity, and learning effect neuroplasticity..

4. relax it will take a little time, so don't get frustrated or worried.. also if you are able to put some serious sober time in, over seven months to two years you will be amazed at what a fog you were living in even three months into sobriety.. brain at seven months is like driving a porsche compared to a mauve peddle bike with training wells and a flat tire..
well as far as using the coke every week for twenty years.. sorry there is a thing called tolerance and it is directly correlated with addiction.. yep and real addiction is not the terrible withdraws that everyone associates with H or something, it is a subconscious drive to use a drug.. hours, days weeks, decades after last use.. yep just because you walk away for two weeks without a problem don't even think you are out of the woods.. that slut might haunt you till the end of your time.. But it gets better quick unless you decide to hang with her for one more night, you know just to make sure she is a scandalous whore.. Hey.. just messing with you a little because cocaine is my all time DOC, and that little liar whispers its nonsense every once and awhile.. Ha, it lies.. figure out how to shut the cravings down.. if you use again then really look at how it makes you feel, the entire time, not the 3% that addiction remembers.. perseverance
Oh and at lets just say a resonable price per gram, and at four grams a week, in twenty years you would have given 200000 and you already know it wont stay at just four a week, if you have the money it will go to three a day at times and that is 1092000 in twenty with out inflation.. oh and the longer you use her the worse she will behave until you still are driven to use her and all she does is make you nuts.. chronic cocaine addiction often caused paranoia and audio and visual hallucinations. This is called stimulant psychosis. This comes on and gets worse with time and to my knowledg isn't revesable.
