How long after will Naltrexone block opiates?
Hello everyone! I have been prescribed Naltrexone 50mg, twice daily, for the past year. I have taken both daily doses consistently since first being prescribed it until 2 days ago. My question is, for how long will the Naltrexone block the effects of opiates once the Naltrexone has been stopped? Is there anyway to flush the Naltrexone from your system quicker? Any answers or personal experience would be greatly appreciated!
