"Long Acting" dxm?

I just bought a bottle of cough syrup and on the bottle it says "Long Acting Tussin, Ault Cough" and the only active ingredient is Dex HBr. Is this actually a longer acting form of DXM, or is it just regular DXM? It seems like if it has the same exact chemical in it as "non-long acting" bottles, it should work just the same.
The reason I bought this one is because I couldn't find any regular ones, the only others were ones with Guaif, and other shit. This was the only one with Dex HBr as the only active ingredient.

i think they all say something like that now, as long as it doesnt say polistirex its prolly regular old dex
