What the fuck is going on. This has pretty much ruined the whole thing for me... Jessie J and Tinnie Tempah driving around in Bentleys singing it's all about the money. Now they've got some other shitty pop song on. GAH.

Fatboy Slim is shite - why is he even there? The fucking Spice Tarts had one highlight - Boris, having a dance. I only saw it from just before Jessie J, but it looks like a psy-trance festival, after far too much acid. Pretty interesting, but not necessarily entertaining.
 
It's kept me more entertained than the opening ceremony, I watched 20 minutes of people dancing around may poles and pretend to be sheep and wanted to tan my wrists. As I just said in another thread though people from around the world will think Britain stopped making music in the 90s, the 3 or so modern (shitty) artists on sang old songs. Liam Gallagher was fucking gash, his voice is dreadful these days seems like he's trying too hard to make it sound like it did a decade ago. Why get his shitty band on to play Wonderwall when Noel Gallagher wrote the song, is currently in a band, is currently more popular than Liam and can sing 10x better!

I almost switched off the opening ceremony when you did, but I left it on and it did actually redeem itself in the end. The closing ceremony had to go off.

Did you watch the mens' 100m final ? You must have been impressed with that ? I'm not really into sports very much atall, but even I got very much swept along with that one. Waching Bolt's semi final, and all the build up to the final, and Bolt himself of course was great entertainment. Every person in the final finished in under 10 seconds, apart from one competitor who picked up a leg injury at the start of the race....
