i saw this episode the other day. I have a can of the same kind of duster that she bought from wal-mart
 
This episode of Intervention looks staged and scripted to me. She looks like she's acting as well as the others. Maybe it's just the way they edited it.

Toluene is the active ingredient that gets you "high"

Toluene is metabolized and benzyl alcohol comes of it.

Thus, you can consider toluene a drug... or maybe even a pro-drug?
 
so how many of you guys have actually tried duster and what was your experience like? i've never done it becaus i was scared of the health risks but i have a couple friends who did it and had good things to say about it. nitrous does not replicate the high according to one of them.
 
Is this the same product that makes your voice really deep? years ago when I was in high school some kids were huffing on duster and their voice would get crazy deep. One of the kids passed out for the duration of the bus ride (I think from oxygen deprivation), it was very scary. If toluene products don't cause that deep voice deal, does anyone know what product(s) do(es)?
 
a chem teacher told me about this a while ago.

its called xenon i believe, its an element

apparently scientists back in the day would inhale it to make their voice deep for fun and science but were very worried it would stay that way and would stand on their heads or something of the sort after a short while of inhaling in order to clear their lungs of xenon quicker.

he mentioned nothing about the buzz

however i read elsewhere that it does have a significant intoxicating effect with a danger level similar to nitrous...

so besides oxygen and nitrous id give xenon a try but in general fuck inhalents

Really? Lucky you.
It gets so intense for me that I feel like I needed to pull over to the side of the road when I was still taking it during the daytime. It's not a GOOD high either, just the depersonalization you get with pot with none of the good effects. I've seen other people on the internet describe the same thing, yet others like you who report nothing... We're all wired differently I guess!

about how much money do you spend on drugs per month?

and also how much would you spend if you were rich and could afford to do as much drugs as you want.

this month i probably spent 200-300 dollars on h and like 60 on weed maybe 10 dollars on like rigs and cigarettes. i didnt keep track really. i basically have been giving my parents my whole pay check from work to pay for school and so they will think i dont have enough money to have a huge drug habit. i have no idea where this money comes from.

if i was rich id be out of control id probably spend like 5,000 dollars a month on drugs. id be doing heroin like constantly, plus also id smoke crack too and waste a lot of money on that. id probably be spending like 100 dollars a day on drugs. id smoke weed too but i dont think id increase how much weed i smoke.

of course you dont know until it happens. i thnk its probably better that im not rich.
 
Last day of pot adventures D:

so me and my girlfriend are chilling today,
and its gonna be one of the last sunny days before school starts.

We live in a urban center.
Whats one alst fun thing you think we could do before semester takes in again?

you live in NB eh? i've been through there like 3-4 times and to be honest i found even moncton to be pretty boring. i'm really fond of the province but it's far from the place to be for entertainment. i guess you could try taking a trip to fundy and get wasted...

when i feel like breaking out of the routine and doing something i don't normally do i'll grab an events and attractions flier/magazine kind of thing and see what's happening in the city on the date i'm interested in. there's always shows or events going on so just check with the city's tourist department or whoever lists the entertainment in NB
