I'm new in Portland and looking for areas that would be considered good areas to visit if I need to obtain items of interest :) I remember reading a thread on this forum or it may have been erowid, not sure. The thread talked about open air markets and such.
 
NO sourcing allowed. Why does no one bother reading the bloody rules? (BLUA) EDIT; oh and welcome to bluelight.
 
The term "open air markets" might get used but we arent allowed to specify where they are...seriously, read the BLUA. It will make your time here much easier and welcome!.
