I was just wondering if anyone has ever done lithium and if so, how much did you take? Also, how did u take it and what were the bad and good effects? Thanx for any information!

no recreational value.
do not use with acid, a friend of mine was taking lithium for depression, or something and took some acid, flipped out, went into seizures, ended up in the hospital, now she can have seizures at any moment...
(i dont believe she had any previous health problems besides the depression)

I took lithium for a few weeks. ever since then, i've fliped out from cannabis. i can get very lightly stoned but anything beyond that and i get syptoms of schitzophrenia e.g. delusions, serious disruptions in thought and perception and mild hallucinations... very unpleasent. i dont know for sure whether its because of the lithium. i cant think of anything else except maybe some acid that i took around that time.. but i doubt that. has anyone else had bad ractions to other drugs after taking lithium?
oh, can't remember what dose i took but i remember it was in liquid form. i didn't notice any effects whilst on it.

Unless it's prescribed to you *NEVER* take Lithium for any reason.
You're only asking for trouble.
If it *is* prescribed to you (and you really DO need it) take ONLY as reccomended and be careful what other drugs you take <Illegal or not> while you are being treated with Lithium.

Lithium is a weird fucking drug.
It definatly has no recreational value, its a fucking anti-psychotic for god's sake.
Anyways, my buddy Evan was on it for a while, but he says that it makes him feel very weird, just like a shell of himself, so he doesn't use it anymore. (Still has the script for it though, and he's an asshole who sells it to morons who think its got a rec. value). Anyhow, this kid is one of the most hardcore drug users I know, and he has done almost every drug imaginable while he was still taking Lithium, and after he's been off it, and had no strange effects from combinations.
That doesn't mean it applies for everyone obviously, just wanted to state that it doesn't necessarily have reactions with other drugs in every case, I think it very much depends on the person.
