It's been over a year since I bothered but last time I tried loperamide I had done much research and found a nifty list of p-glycoprotein inhibitors.
I can't find anything of the sort anymore. It's like the government removed any trace of it from the internet!
Nobody respond unless you can point me in the right direction of such a list. I'd appreciate any help.
I'm trying to help a friend out since I know loperamide crosses the BBB in high doses with the aide of an inhibitor. It had a very nice effect on me with the addition of cimetidine and sertraline.
Unfortunately since sertraline was the most easily available at the time I took that information and was on my way.
Now the information appears to be less accessible then it was some time ago...
