Liquid vs. Pill Clenbuterol.. for weight loss only

Hi all. I need to lose about 15 lbs. I'm considering starting some clenbuterol. I have a girlfriend who used it (pills) back in the day and had great results. My bf has a guy friend who use the liquid kind, but he was using it with steroids, which is not what I'm doing. Is there a major difference?? What is the recommended dosage? does it vary for male/female? I am only 5 feet tall.... so not too much mass. I have read several different websites, but can't seem to find the right info I'm looking for.

Also, how dependable is it to buy off the internet? Are there a lot of non-legit sites?

The site my bf's friend got it off is a WAY shanky looking website, but he says its legit... I'm kinda weary...... it's $55 for 60 ml/ 200mcg.


Any first hand advice would be great. I'm tired of being a chubster, and don't tell me to work out and eat right , because I've tried that...and frankly I just don't want to hear it, so save yourself the time and don't write it. I know this isn't the "healthiest" option, but seriously, who really is "healthy" these days. I need a jump start, I am older and don't have the metabolism I use to.

Buying off the web is usually pretty safe- I've never seen anyone ripped off for clen. It'd be too easy to notice (Shit I've just taken 200mcg and my hands aren't even shaking, WTF!).

No difference between pills and liquid.

Running clen: run 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Start low (20mcgs) and work up to a tolerable dose. Once the sides get too much drop it down a little. You'll probably not want to go above 100mcg or so.

Do you know about the sides and how to combat them? (Taurine, Potassium, etc)

I found that taking it just before bed was best. You sleep through the worst of the sides (shakes, sweats, etc). I wouldn't do this though until you've run a cycle or two during the day (just in case of negative reaction- like your heart going crazy or something).

Just to warn you- clen isn't magic. You still NEED to exercise and diet. it maybe raises your metabolism 5%. That means that instead of burning 2000 Cals a day you'd burn 2100. That means if you give in and have that slice of cake after dinner then you've undone all your hard work braving the sweats, shakes, anxiety, high heartrate, cramps, etc. FYI, my GF tried it and HATED it.
 
Clen isn't some magic pill you can take without diet and exercise that will make you skinny.

Get your diet and workout in check THEN add clen.

Too bad that's not what you wanted to hear but it's what you need to hear.
 
damnit. lol. where can I get that magic pill? and FYI, I have started working out... just bought a gym membership, and went for the first time in like 6 months (24 hr fitness discontinued my $99/yr membership bc I took too long to renew...assholes) I've started eating better too.... I just want a jump start, that's all. :-)

so.. 2000 cal vs. 2100 cal??? That really doesn't seem like a lot of difference. Is it worth it??
 
What your looking for is some 2,4-dinitrophenol, or the classic coke and throw up diet.

DNP is an INCREDIBLY dangerous metabolic poison. Sure you can cycle it in lower doses but it induces hyperthermia, depletes you of cofactors and electrolytes and is all around a fucking terrible substance.

DNP is nothing like Clen. Clen isn't that clean stimulant, it isn't like adderall or coke, it's the shaking fucking jittery energy and you get major cramps if you don't supplement taurine and potassium and other vitamins.

As others have said it only works best with diet and exercise, and take it early in the morning. I've used liquid RC clenbuterol and it was very effective.
