How much liquid morphine do administer without overdosing? I have the kind your suppose to put under tongue and on the dabber inside of it had like .25 to 1.0 for measurements. I usually take 100 mg morphine extended release but having a bad day ans want to feel a lot better but don't want to take too much. I have a high tolerances to opiates.

Do you take the ER as ER or crush it to make it instant release?

When you say "high", what can you take all in one go? We have an opioid conversion chart in the header at the top of the forum if you know your tolerance to other opioids.

If in doubt, go low, wait at least an hour before redosing, don't double your dose or anything stupid if you do - take say half as much again and only if you are sure you are not really opiated.. and of course remember mixing with other CNS depressants (benzos, alcohol etc) hugely increases the risk of overdosing.

I can take 90mg of oxys without really feeling anything and take 300mg of the morphines not crushing them to feel any thing

Okay. The ER morphine doesn't help us as that is spread over some time. 80mg oxycodone = 120mg morphine (both oral) according to the chart I mentioned. This can vary from person to person however, so I feel it is always best to start with a lower dose than the chart suggests - you can always take more (when you are sure it is safe to do so) but not take it away..

ps I know you said 90mg but 80mg is an easier conversion ;)
