Its made out of pills called ( terofun ) the rest of ingredients easily available at your local store and pharmacy. Takes about 20-30 min to prepare and about 10 min to cook ( if you know what you doing ) This stuff is popular in eastern europe. Its much stronger then crystal meth.

I was just wondering if you seen anything like this in other countries like USA, UK etc... i know theres crystal meth but i never heard of liquid meth aka pervintin over here
 
No, it's not manufactured any more. Perivitin was an old German trade name for methamphetamine. I'd imagine the liquid is just meth plus a fizzy drink.

Desoxyn and/or the Vicks inhaler is the only commerical methamphetamine product I know of.
