Opioids liquid methadone - clumps?

So, I get take-home doses of done, mixed into Tang. I was about to take today's dose when I noticed it had a bunch of stringy, gooey, clumps inside it. Like somebody jerked off into it or something. I brew my own beer, and it also looks a bit like yeast in the middle of fermentation, but as far as I'm aware, there's no real sugar in this stuff, so it doesn't make much sense.

Anybody seen this before? Luckily I have more doses, as I really don't want to drink the thing.
