Liquid Hydromorphone

I got a hold of a few 2mg/mL (1 mL each) vials and was wondering if they are worth drinking or not? Also, how much should I drink my first time (minor 60mg oxy habit). And no i'm not going to IV it.:\
 
Yes it is possible; however, even in tablet form, most of the drug will be rendered completely inactive from first-pass metabolism (when liver processes it). Other than taking the dose parenterally, one could dry the liquid in the vials out on a hot plate and scrape up the remaining crystals and "insufflate" the powder or mix with water in a needleless syringe and "plug" the solution to get much better results than by taking orally.

If you aren't gonna IV it, you could try plugging it. You are literally wasting it by swallowing/trying to snort the liquid. I love my opiates, but I didn't do diludad the last time I had a chance too b/c I didn't wana touch needles again, so I understand where you are coming from, just understand that I ended up giving the ones I had away b/c I didn't wanna stick myself.
 
i've heard of people making nasal sprays of this stuff, maybe pour the liquid into a spray bottle and then spray it up your nose, perhaps more efficient than snorting powder? haven't done this myself so not 100% sure, would be easy to plug as well
 
up the butt. both of them at the same time (only if you are 60mg oxy tolerant). it's going to feel a lot better than oxy, IME&O.

i'm not gonna lie; it's a pain in the ass (ha). dilaudid would be so much cooler if it was not such a hassle to administer, but i think you'll find it worth the time and effort.

i bet 4mg feels a little short of 60mg of oral oxy though.

What would I need to do to plug it? Just pull the liquid out with the syringe that came with the hydromorphone and then pull some water into it?
 
^i was dissolving pills, but i was using like 4-5mls of water. then just make sure you don't have to go to the bathroom, lay on your side, stick it an inch or two up there (not with a needled syringe, obviously), and squirt. stay on your side for 15 mins. further detailed in the thread i linked under "plugging."

thanks for the info. I think i'll go this route. I'm wondering if it'll work with the liquid hydro or do I have to turn it into powder?

^i think the liquid has you in a better spot than the pills. if you turn it to powder you are just going to have to get it into a liquid again, so i'd leave it a liquid.

dude please, you have an amazing thing. Please dont waste liquid hydromorphone ampules by swalling them or doing them any other way but IV. Sell them to someone who can properly enjoy them and then buy Oxy. Please man, i beg of you. Dont anger the opiate gods :( :!
 
^this is a nonsense stock reply. not only are you recommending the distribution of felony narcotics, but plugging a few mgs of diluadid feels amazing. im sure iv is better, but that doesn't mean anything to non-IV users. you know?
 
im pretty sure most of the people here are involved in the "distribution of felony narcotics" on a daily basis, and plugging is still nowhere near how IVing it feels. Im just saying give it to someone who can actually experience the full effects of hydromorphone and get oxy for it...
 
Pour the liquid in a plate and place it on top of a boiling pot until it dissolves into crystals, scrape it, and then snort it. Taking it orally is a complete waste. I'm not a big fan of plugging drugs but you can do that as well. But intranasally Hydromorphone has a BA around 52.4% and rectal administration it has a BA of 33%, just a little more than oral. So your getting more by dissolving it into powder than you are by taking it rectally.

yeah, K'd, i've read all kinds of conflicting info about bioavailability with hydromorphone. but the BA for rectal hydromorphone being labeled ~30% is misleading. either it is flat out wrong, or something else huge is not being taken into consideration. 4mgs of dilaudid oral is supposed to be 10.5mg of oxycodone--according to conversion charts. but 2mg of plugged diluadid feels closer to 20-25mg (hard to compare -morhpone and -codone doses, but something like that) of oxycodone.

if you go through the hydro threads and read about people snorting and plugging, you will see that the vastly dominate opinion is that plugging is better. and while i did not try snorting, i had extremely satisfactory results with plugging. of course, it varies from person to person.
 
^yeah, i've heard oral is a complete waste. but what i'm saying is rectal can be significantly better than 2x oral (though i haven't taken it orally, just based of what the conversion charts say about oral).
