I just got a hold of some liquid dilaudid. It's 5mg/1ml. I have a pretty high tolerance level, not super high, but decent. I have prescriptions for vicodin and percocet, but both only 5mg. I've only recently been doing the CWE, especially on the vicodin since it's 5/500mg. I've been taking these for about 3 years now. I do have legitimate pain. I'm currently walking around with a torn rotator cuff and the worst bone edema in my knee that my doc has ever seen. It was caused from a bad kneecap dislocation a year ago. I need a bone realignment surgery on the knee, but it's such a long/painful recovery, I haven't done it yet... Anyways, I normally take 6 vicodin or 6 perc's for pain and usually 8 or so if i wanna feel good and I've taken over 20 in a day. I also just recently got diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, so it's now easier to get the meds without my doc giving me the 3rd degree... I just go the dilaudid today and took 12mg. I can feel it, but don't have the good itchy feeling yet. What would be a good dose for that. With my normal meds, I always re dose thruout the day. but should I try a higher dose of the dilaudid? And if so, given my history, what would be a good guess as to what to start with? I've got quite a lot of it. None of the pain meds i've tried have made me sleepy. They always amp me up, which is why I like them. Also, i am in the medical profession so I know more than the average joe (although I am very impressed with the folks in bluelight, that's why i joined.)

ya you say u got liquid dilaudid, but what route of administration are you using?
 
oral. i use a syringe to pull out the dose. i have a 3cc syringe so that's 15mg, and obviously can load up the syringe as many times as i want. besides oral, the only other ROA i'd consider would be IM. i never knew about plugging until i read about it on here. but it kinda weirds me out.. i also have 7 4mg pills. i took 3 earlier today and just chewed them up.
 
hydromorphone doesnt have a good oral BA as im sure you know, so if you wont consider IV administration try rectal. Once you do it its not that bad.

you could also snort it which is quite effective(About 20% more than oral), but from the sounds of it you wouldn't consider trying that either.

As for oral thats the safest route. Just keep dosing until you feel the desired effects. Dont increase the doses dramatically, maybe by 3-4 mg at a time. You said you took 12 and felt it but not completely, so next time try 16mg.

may i ask why you consider IM a possibility but not IV?
 
because i'm used to giving myself IM shots. I do so for my birth control. Just don't think I could do IV. Not too fond of needles. Took me a while to get used to the IM shots. Now my boyfriend does it for me and he's awesome. But he has no idea of my pill use.
 
^ When it comes to injecting Pills & Street Drugs (Heroin, Cocaine & Meth) IV is much safer then Muscleing (IM) or Skin Popping (SC). You are much more likely to get abcesses and other serious infections when IM or SC injecting.
 
just so you know, nothing i have is "from the streets" i've been doing the IM thing now for the last few days and have had no problems. Im doing 1/2 - 1 1/2 and have been getting great results. the only thing i don't like is that very shortly after doing it, i get very sleepy (nodding) and i don't like it. It goes away, and i get the more desired results about 30 min later. I started getting into pills cause they amp me up. I don't need or want to sleep. and btw- the dilaudid that i have is liquid. it was taken directly from a pain pump. my friend gave it to me after his dad died and he had a bunch of stuff lying around.
 
I think you should try plugging too. Works great and totally safe.

Just give it a try once and see how it compares!
 
DILAUDID ORAL LIQUID ?how much should i iv first time in mls. not sure of this stuffs strenth. been clean for years but was up to banging 700mls a day oxycontins.(7 greys aday keep the doctor away) not a path i need to go down again took me ayear on and off in rehab to sort myself.. cheers big ears i now weigh 130kgs (lets say I ate well in rehab) we all need to know once a junkie always a junkie but fairs fair i havent had a nudge in years and recently aquired a 473 ml bottle of dilaudid oral liquid (hydromorphone hydrochloride). have had a couple of mouth fulls and im getting pretty mellow.....and i luvs ya all. keen for the main vain but havent been around for 50 years by just jumping (or banging) into things
 
iamthegun was the poster asking about about the oral dilaudid, the OP of this thread, is talking about the iv (pain pump) dilaudid, two essentially seperate conversations in one thread.
 
yup I can confirm oral dilaudids suck.. ive taken like 12mg oral, it didnt do anything.. I snorted like 4 fat lines of 12mg and its one of the best ive ever felt.. its fucking addicting though more than oral oxycontin in my opinion, 3 hours later of snorting dilaudid i just want to do another one..
it kicks in so fast and hard and it actually lasts a while too like more than 3 hours of 12mg snorted, i expected it to last only like an hour but im impressed.:)

like others said though, you should shoot the liquid up your butthole. ive never plugged because theres so many other ways of taking pills, why the fuck would I shove it up my ass when I can just eat or snort it?
but since yours is liquid and you have no choice of either eating or shooting or plugging, im assuming you dont want to shoot it up, then just stick it in your hairy asshole.. it has to be much more effective than just straight up swallowing
