(answered) Linking your profile picture

I was just wondering if I could get a little help with how I link my profile picture. The box in settings say simply to link it. I tried hosting it up on Photobucket and copying the image urls one by one to see if any would work. I tried searching for a topic on it, and then read through the support forum for a while, and came to the conclusion I'm the only guy who doesn't know how. 8(

Any help is appreciated, and I'll be making an introduction thread shortly.

I read that you don't get to start a blog, but didn't see mention of the profile picture, my mistake. Thanks for the info though.
