Lingering visual effects

Well last roll was approximately 6 days ago. (2x-reported low strength-MDA & 1x Molly) It was the most incredible roll ever, FYI. Back on topic now... Tonight, standing outside looking at bright stars and dim lights in the distance... still noticing very mild visual effects still. (Small projection from lights/stars coming from the bottom right corner of said light. Only noticeable from certain angles of looking at said light.

Anyone else ever notice such lingering effects from a roll almost a week prior?

Most definitely. I'm just beginning to realize lately just how powerful these mind altering substances we use truly are. I did quite a few psychedelics/pokeballs this summer and I get the occasionaly weirdness in my visual field, especially when I smoke MJ.
 
Any reason as to WHY this happens?

Didn't notice these after effects until last roll, which just so happened to be the best roll ever. Peak lasted for 4-6 hours and the comedown feeling (a pleasant one) lasted damn near a whole day.
 
I imagine just a general altering of brain chemistry, which MDMA is quite guilty of (things like psilocybin seem to be much less severe in this regard). It's a very complicated thing, the brain. Not as much so as the human female though. ;)
 
Yeah ever since my last roll which was the begining of October my eyes have been fucking with me every once in a while. Seeing stuff in the corner of my eye thats not there, and a couple days ago my floor started looking like it was waving lol

I have no idea why though since its been more than a month since the last time ive used MDMA. Im getting used to it though
 
that's a more or less common side effect of psychedelic and mdma (not just mda) is a weak psychedelic.
don't worry about it, just ignore it and it will go away in a few weeks.
 
It's awesome. I notice it with me too. I just rolled this past weekend, really hard, 410mg of legit molly. I've noticed it a few times throughout the past few days, but never as much until today. I was out on my dock with my brother and my dad and we were fishing, but I was mainly jus tlooking around in awe. The water looked sooo trippy, and when I went out onto the side walk of the dock it was as if the water was right at my feet, but I could see through it to the real water a few feet below me. Watching the sunset, clouds were looking amazing as well, I was seeing all these shapes and movements, it was tight.

I noticed similar things after I did Acid a few times before I went to rehab last year, but because I was almost always in side and not in the state of mind I have been this week and especially today, it wasn't as noticeable.
 
Oh ya thats very commen. After doing MDMA all summer I had visuals for about a few months after i finally kicked it for good...
 
Wow that's nuts. I wonder why it does this? You think once the stuff is out of your system that the effects would go away... Any explanations?
 
I get them as well, but usually only within 48 hours or so of rolling. MJ seems to be the catalyst for me that brings on the slight visuals.
 
There must be a correlation between frequency of use and length of lingering effects then. I've been searching and can't find anything as to why it happens.
 
Have been binging, admittedly. How long is the lingering of affects typical? Never happened until the cap of Molly and MDA.

I've noticed the same thing. I roll pretty frequently, about 3 weeks between each session, and i've had these lingering visuals since my first roll, and even after a few times smoking bud. I normally see eye fluid 'balls' in the sky that will shoot out of each other and morph into more 'balls' when i roll, but this seems to linger with me unconditionally. That said, it's interesting yet annoying because and plain colored surface with include these stupid fluid balls. i got used to it, as well as the patterns i see like everyday. Serotonin really has a way in itself, it's interesting how it would effect another organ, like the peripheral system. these effects go away typically in 6 weeks, that is, if im sober the whole damn time.
 
Yup, I still have some slight visual "weirdness" after doing my share of rolling. Did a lot of pokEballs this year, and when I'm outside for a long, long time, I'll look at the sky and it'll look like it's moving back, weird shit like that, etc
 
Lol I would imagine so...

Anyway I guess I just wanted to make certain it wasn't anything out of the normal (normal as far as MDxx use goes). 11 days later still seeing visual light reflections (like LEDs and such) in the dark.

Interesting fact though, It never happened till first time using molly (11 days ago). I hear people having weird experiences with molly. HMM.
