i figured it out, 6x BW 2x BlemyW middles and either 2x lime yellow micronova thumbs or 1x lime yellow 1x turquoise thumb

(btw, these are gonna be in clear eDots, i want a knock around set, and I'm ordering iMaxes as well)
 
So how do you guys keep your palms in place? I have a pair of inovas that slide all over the place
