My friend has a prescription for dexedrine spansules 10mg but he doesn't really like to use so he just gives me some whenever I ask...well I have been using them on and off for the past month or so, about 4 times a week.. and lately I have been feeling much more light headed than usual. Today in particular, I smoked some weed in the morning and when I stood up i got a really intense head rush, most of my vision went black. I had not taken any d-amp yet when this happened. I have also been much more anxious/paranoid lately (have had anxiety problems since I can remember, although im a 17yr old girl so it hasn't been that long)) since starting to abuse the damp. When I was a kid I would have troubles with breathing, that feeling where you can breath but you can't seem to breath deep enough and this feeling is coming back now. I get these side effects even on days where I don't take it, with my biggest break in a month being probably 3 days. I seem to keep finding reasons to take it...

Now that I have finished the last of my damp today I won't be asking for more, I had told myself this before but i did end up taking it. I asked my friend to not give me anymore even if I ask for it, seeing as he is my only source I will be forced to not take any. SO my question is will all the lightheaded/anxiety/paranoia/ocd go away once I stop?
What are some things I can do to help this process?
Also, does using amphetamine witoout add really mess with your dopamine levels? Seems like i have been getting paranoid when smoking weed even though I have smoked every day for the past year.

The paranoia and lightheadedness will most likely go away soon after you stop. As far as it messing with your dopamine levels, it's not permanent, but like the other side effects, they may linger for a few days after you stop taking the dextroamphetamine.

The best way to make this easy on yourself is to make sure you're eating enough food, taking vitamins and getting enough sleep. You'll most likely feel pretty tired after you stop taking the dex, so get that sleep and you'll feel better.

Also, welcome to Bluelight!

As NT suggested, eating enough food, taking vitamins and getting enough sleep is important. But sometimes that's difficult to do while on amphetamines - especially the eating and the getting sleep parts. If you can't eat, I suggest you buy Ensure Plus and drinking those. They are meal replacements and they got all the vitamins, minerals, and calories that your body needs daily. Sleep may not come easy, but if you have downers like temazepam (Restoril), diazepam (Valium), lorazepam (Ativan), alprazolam (Xanax), or clonazepam (Klonopin) - they'd work to help get you some sleep.
