Hi all! I am actually a big chicken and am trying to learn one of life's little lessons. I amn a writer, but lack the courage to express myself for all the world to see, so I thought behind the anonimity of the this incedible forum, I would see what people think. I hope you enjoy!
I have emerged from a world of sloth and greed,
Controlled by fear and hate,
My soul burdened by the ignorance,
Of a society blinded by Big Mac’s and Prada,
Gorged in the ideology of idiot savant’s,
Capable and destined to subdue the free spirit and mind,
At the touch of a button,
Or the resounding pound of a gavel,
Insanity delivered through the medical genius,
And a subtle needle prick,
Hoping to cure those sick of mind,
But they are not sick,
Merely different,
Refusing to share in the same blindness that the rest of us,
So easily adhere to without asking the ever obvious questions,
In spite of the rebellions which created our great democracies,
We seek to shelter and destroy those with a different view,
Hoping to maintain the status quo,
There is no shame in rebellion,
For one man’s rebellion is,
Another man’s question,
I have emerged from nothing,
For I hide behind the fear which ensures that I never,
Show the world that I am different,
That I am unlike the others,
Believing for a moment,
That it is the free spirit and mind,
Which will forever distinguish us,
From animals,
I have emerged from the world of sloth, greed, fear and hate,
Only to perpetuate it,
By refusing to allow others in.
