Being a Moderator is hard work - we're expected to attend all these conferences like "How To Stamp Out Trolls in One Easy Step!", "Why Does UBB Suck Donkeyballs?!" and "UBB for Dumbasses!". One cool conference was "Just WTF is The blank 1920 post, and What Can You do About It?!!". But then there's the cons, like dealing with zany kids who post pics of ass tulips (don't ask).
You don't want to know what we have to do for an administrator to get a mod position....*shudders*
