I have a fairly high tolerance to both benzos and opiates. last friday I took some subutex that found in a box in a closet ( my grandparents died from cancer) and I also found some librium. I took the bupe and felt really euphoric for a while but it went away. the librium did nothing. I have around 15 ( 10 mg ) librium. i was wondering what would be safe dose if i were to combine the two considering Librium's extremely weak effect. thanks in advance

I would be careful mixing benzos with bupe. The synergy is very strong. Most bupe deaths come from mixing with benzos. Librium is 25mg=10mg valium=.5mg of xanax. bupe is .3mgs IV=10mg morphine IV, although dosing not linear (i.e. 8mgs sublingual isn't necessarily twice as strong as 4mgs).Both are very long acting. Me, with currently no tolerance, would take 2mg suboxone sniffed(might be a little bit weaker than subutex) and 50mgs Librium. And it would fuck me up. Procede with caution!

What is your usual dose of opiates/benzos?

librium is pretty weak but a lot like valium in the right dosage. at least for me. if you have a high benzo tolerance you'll probably need at least 75-100mgs of librium to even feel it on its own. but if you're mixing with bupe 3/4 of that should be good. but remember start low when mixing benzos and opiates.
