Does Levosulpiride have any recreational value?
And does snorting it have a greater bioavailability than oral consumption?

Thanks in advance

No, its use is in counteracting stimulant psychosis. If you don't abuse stims, it's of not much value AFAIK.

I've read on a couple of medical reports that levosulpiride has anti-depressive effects in lower dosages, although this doesn't necessarily give it a sort of 'recreational' value, will it be similar to the effect of short action benzodiazepines?

As you noted, antidepressants generally aren't recreational. If it has sedative-hypnotic effects however, then it might possibly be somewhat recreational. I honestly have no knowledge of this compound whatsoever other than its ability to kill stim psychosis.

I find the best AP to end a bad stimulant trip is Seroquel, it kills off both the paranoid thoughts and agitation, and has you off to sleep pretty quickly; I've used it twice when taking EPH and in some ways it's better than benzos for that purpose.

More difficult is if you need to kill a stim but still be able to function afterwards and can't afford to go to sleep. I've heard that Abilify at a high dose can work, although I've never tried that personally.

I don't use stims, I just have fifty 25mg levosulpiride pills. But I guess they are not very useful...
