level 5?

wtf do you mean by level 5?

and we dont swim round here, it is an utterly ridiculous acronym that provides you with no legal protection in any way at all.

Maybe he means level 5 from the scale I saw on shroomery? This maps to +3.5 - +4 on the Shulgin's scale.

People here use Shulgin's scale. The 'shroomery scale' is suitable only for visual phenethylamines / visual tryptamines, and not every psychedelic produces many visual effects even in high doses. Shulgin scale is good for many classes of psychoactive chemicals, because Shulgin studied not only psychedelics but also emphathogens(and I guess even stimulants, though he wasn't focused on them). Also, difference between 'Level 5' and 'Level 4' seems to be quantitave, whereas difference between +3/+3.5 and +4 is qualitative difference.

You can't reach ++++ only by taking more, you should be in proper set&setting. ++++ states are rare, and many psychedelic users(me, for example:)) never experienced it.

OK, as for you question. I am sure we already have several threads on this topic, but I can't find the most recent one(it is difficult to search for "++++" sequence).

like im not asking for dosing advice, im just saying do you think the last 4 i ate will do anything?
i ate 4 hits at 7ish then 4 more a couple of hours ago and 4 more just now, think i can keep this going?
 
Your talking about LSD? Anything dosed after more then 2 hours after your original dose will only extend the trip and not the potency of it.

Nah, overall it's just a waste of acid to keep dosing, even if you are doubling, tripling the dose's. Eventually you will reach a ceiling effect and wont feel anything else as your tolerance will be sky high.

Have you noticed any increased effects now that up to 12 or so hits after originally dosing 4?
