Its already in the coke when it comes in kilo form but maybe there is away to get it out, I dont know.

I would say at this point in the game, the higher the quality of the coke, the more likely it is contaminated with levamisole. When cocaine is cut on the street level, it dissipates the levamisole as now the purity of the coke is less and thus the amount of levamisole is diminished. Don't do it at all is my advice, I have suffered the consequences.
