just before rehab, but after 72 hours sleep and some buprenorphine so don't look too terrible, wish i'd got some pics of hwo i'd looked at my worst to remind myself:

I finally emerged from my mania. The last 10 or so days were exhausting, scary and so confusing. I feel a lot more happy, calm and hopeful. Celebrated with an extra long 5.6mi jog. Damn it's hot today
