Length of drugs in Fetus's System?

I really need accurate information, so please if anyone can help i would be eternally grateful (cite your sources if you can, if not its ok).

My girl is an opiate addict and she is 8 months pregnant. She used last week (only time she has relapsed since she found out she was pregnant, so don't hate on her).

Her parents do not want me involved in my sons life at all and if i am present at the birth or if my girl has contact with me before then they are threatening to tell the doctors that she used while pregnant. And if our baby comes up positive for opiates they are going to get our child taken away for sure.

I NEED to know how long drugs stay in a fetus' system, how they test for drugs once the baby is born and what my girl can do to help flush our baby's system clean.

Please help!!!

Im no expert but I think if she stays clean till the birth everything will be golden. If she cant quit then I recommend she get on methadone for the remander of the pregnancy.

^ this basically, i'm pretty sure that the clearance rate is similar to the normal half life, just make sure she don't use any more.
