The judge appears to have bought into his side of the story, & little has been offered by the prosecution to prove that it wasn't the truth. According to the judge, the onus is not upon the defendent to bring up anything other than a barely plausible explanation for the events regardless of how bizarre or unbeleievable it might be. The onus is on the prosecution to prove their case & the judge certainly seems to think they failed to do so.

I don't think many people doubt that Pistorius us guilty of murder, but proving it is another matter all together.
