Now I originally wanted to post this in legal discussion, but they are closed to new posts so I did not really know were to go with this. But anyway long story short I am thinking of opening a hooka lounge of sorts right downtown by the university. I don't want nothing illegal just fancy flavored tobacco that all the university kids will over pay for, because of the novelty. BUT I would also LOVE to serve up whippits. Now I have no idea if this is legal or not and I am hoping someone on her can help me with that. By the way I live in Canada.

Which says that in Canada "Nitrous chargers widely available over-the-counter. We have been told that many stores will only sell to people 25 and older."
But ya its once thing to sell a box to someone but its completely different to sell it by the balloon.
I just really want to know if this is legal because it would be my dream to open a lunge with hookas, all those fancy yuppy coffees and pastries and a nitrous bar lol
