What about ease with methylone in it. That was a great RC time.
Least piperazines banned the only ok one was meopp and that was still shit.

I hope they dont ban DMAA not because of recreational value but i enjoy it for working out and how it keeps my body warm so i can go swimming at the beach year round.
I really hate how i cant easily get ephedrine/ephedra now days.
 
yeah i second to that i enjoy dmaa for those effects. recreational it is ok smoked. if you can get over the taste. the adrenaline buzz feels alright this way. orally it doesnt feel very recreational. i do miss mini thins or nz equiv of ephedrine. also it was great if you had a cold. that new one is total placebo psuedosynephrine or something.
 
okay i didn't read the whole thread just a few pages and perhaps i overlooked the information I am looking for...
there's lots of unscheduled drugs on the net, what would happen if one ordered them? Into Australia?

it will either get in or it will get seized and you could get charged with importation of an analog/border controlled substance and get an $850 000 fine and/or up to 25 years jail

Just because they are 'unscheduled' specifically doesn't mean they are legal in Australia.

We have a magical thing called the Anologue act, which more or less makes anything that gets you high illegal.

Don't be one of the fools who import drugs thinking they are legal because they aren't listed as being illegal. A lot of people did that with mephedrone and are now behind bars for their ignorance :\
 
This analog law is not as good as people on here make out. I know many cases which the police decided not to try even though BL thinks it was covered any the analog law.
Look at mephadrone for example i know many people who got off with no charges.
I cant think of many analog court cases at all.

I recall someone in NZ selling it as an ice substitute that you can smoke with the same effects. I thought he was full of shit till i read this.
How much did you smoke and how long did the effects last?
 
Even so, there is still a decent amount of people that were charged for importing Mephedrone. Mind you most of them were probably larger traffacking charges - they still did the time.

What you have to ask yourself is this: Is importing a psychoactive substance worth potentially thousands of dollars in legal costs and potential jail time - as well as the huge shock of having your life ripped to pieces by the authorities.
 
i thought Australia was a democracy... doesn't really look like it, if the authorities can make "anything illegal that gets you high". That's true dictatorship.
 
^Yep. Just search through the megabusts thread and you should see quite a few from last late last year / this year for importation of mephedrone. Most of them are for larger, traffickable amounts - but it's the same principle.

Be under no illusion - Australia is not a true democracy. Never has been and likely never will be.
 
Regarding mephedrone, there were people who were busted for it. It seemed to happen mainly to people who imported larger amounts; I never heard of anyone caught for less then 10 grams.

And that has nothing to do with the validity of the analogue law; it comes down to the police and prosecuting attorney's willingness to charge someone under those laws and make the case in court.
