Hey Static, how long did it last for? Did it actually feel like it could have been a benzo? Did it slowly kick in or hit you with a bang? Was there a 'benzo' hangover? Sorry about all the questions, but how big was the cap and were you able to tell what sort of shit was in it (eg ground herbs, white powder yada yada)?

Your post on Sedikalm did intrigue me, and someone on this thread mentioned somewhere that one of these products contains some old-school (now illegal) russian benzo - but if it's anything like the Spaced cap I don't wanna go anywhere near it, especially also if it actually has something illegal in it.

Could it have been a benzo? I don't know too much about chemistry, but are there benzo-analogues that can could be legal to possess? Or is an analogue illegal to possess in Australia because it is an analogue?

I hope I'm not breaking any rules by mentioning this, but the Sedikalm caps are cheaper than the Spaced caps...... not sure if that helps work out what could be in them.

The more info we can bring to light about this stuff the better, especially if it's got some nasty shit it in and people are buying it because they think it's a legal and (therefore) healthier alternative.

Matrix party pill

Hello,

Has anyone had any experience with "Matrix" party pills? It comes as a single capsule in a vacuum wrapped plastic package. The capsule is green. The packaging is black and green with the matrix code flowing down it. All that is written on the package is "100% Legal" and "Novelty toy: do not ingest".

The whole novelty toy thing gives me hope that this pill might be half decent. I was purchased from a popular headshop in Adelaide.

I've been purchasing 'herbal capsules' called Zonked from a local headshop (Adelaide) for a year or so now as a sedative/sleep aid, and they work sensationally. I've no idea what's in them but I have a hard time imagining it's herbal, one of them will have me tired and relaxed, 2 or 3 will knock me out, even after extensive stimulant use. Quite effective as a sleep aid, and potentially as a calming/sedating agent if you're overstimulated or having a bad experience with psychadelics, but I'd be wary combining it with any kind of CNS depressant since I have no idea on how it works.

Ingrediants are listed as 'Scullcap, Hops, Blue Lotus and Celandine,' but I'm taking that with a large grain of salt.

These things are absolutely bizarre.

No ingredients listed anywhere on packaging. I tried one on the weekend gone and one two weekends before.


Two weekends ago, I think I had two red bulls and a red eye, I constantly had that come up feel i get when I've had some gooey base for about 6 hrs. Certainly don't think there was placebo involved but I dont think caffeine in the energy drinks should make much difference. I normally drink at least two red bulls a day.
Side note - It made me horny as a mofo.


Weekend gone, I tried one again after a couple of tallies of Melbourne Bitter and it made feel stoned but not the stoned I normally feel these days (I was able to stay awake and I didn't feel paranoid, lol). I also found everything to be rather amusing. I looked in the mirror and my eyelids were sitting lower than normal and my eyes were definitely redder than normal.


All in all, abit of fun but not really a party 'toy' IMO, something to have a bit of laugh with over a few drinks or chilling at home.

Again, no idea what is in them, but I enjoyed both times.
Definitely got the most effect from these than any other pre packaged legal high I have ever purchased.

it will take half a day to kick in, and take you to another dimension for the whole next day, feels like you'r really stoned. but its also quite unpleasant, as it makes time drag on forever. + NEVER eat more than 2, even if you don't feel it working strainght away.

quick word on scullcap, especially dwarf scullcap (scutellaria nana). Its a potent sedative, stimulating release of gaba and all that good stuff to calm u down. while, on its own, its not a very fun buzz , sumthin like xanax, if yur into that sorta thing, ... but its an awesome tool to stock in your emergency trip risk reduction kit . its like smokeable instant benzo and its great at lettin u quickly come down from anxiety from a bad trip or too much stimulants; doesnt leave ya foggy headed either. normal scullcap (usually scutellaria latiflora) is a pretty weak sedative and can be mixed in smoking mixes i guess. nuthin much with that one... but dwarf skullcap is great :D

so yea, its a better emergency use tool than it is an actual high.

i suppose one should ask what one would do with their excess stock? perhaps crush them up, cap them and call them bath salts!

so one would only have to look at what has been on offer over the last 6+ months to understand what these caps consist of.........

Watch out for some poppy extract at some stores. most wont sell it cause well its probably got morphine or alike in there.

Also i dont think scullcap is a potent anything of GABA? what GABA receptors does it act on? what are you talking about? even wiki says a mild sedative. Potent sedative is taking it a bit far isn't. I mean Fluitnitrazepam is a potent sedative wait triazolam is more what i class as potent. What are you basing this on or comparing it to?

There is no celandine in it anymore. My understanding of Zonk is that it is a mix of very powerful herbal extracts. I have used it for years, and it is as, or even more effective than diazepam without the addicition or obvious hangover. The guy who makes these knows his stuff..... 1 cap is usually plenty. 30 - 40 mins of euphoria, then sleep.

I gave this a go once, it tasted like washing powder. I do not recommend this at all! Sadly I've noticed most legal things I've tried have made me ill.

That's good to know. I stopped using it as it was too expensive for the minimal effects. The Zonk I tried contained Celandine.

I'll have to order some more if it induces sleep from one tablet now.

Does it still say "one capsule = relaxation, two capsules = sedation, three capsules = sleep" on the container?

They have changed the formula apparently, it was taken off the market for a little while in the states.
It doesn't seem to give the amyl/butyl like rush anymore, still very clean though,and it's an amazing hydrator.

We have VPX Redline in Australia now, not tried it yet, but it's meant to be pretty intense. (Also contains 5-HPT)

Endorphix sounds pretty interesting too. Will see if I can get a free sample for a review.
