Hi Bearlove,

I am looking for someone in London, who dabbles in legal highs of the 'research chemical' type. The story I am doing is how the government is playing cat-and-mouse by illegalising drugs, only for new ones to come out that are chemically alterd, then illegalising them, only to then see more new ones come out.

That's why I am on this forum, because I'd like to interview someone in London about legal highs and how they find them, why they like them, etc etc..

Firstly why London?

If your talking about research chemicals then do not refer to them as legal highs - massive difference.

The site/ users shy away from journalists / people looking for a story because (from experience) our words get twisted and what ever we say simply becomes the new 'Drug Horror' story.

You are approaching me asking questions - ask them do not expect me to respond to etc etc.

Now we have established were taking about RC -
How they find them ? - Once a person has an interest in a substance (Erowid / Pihkal) they simple go online for suppliers

Why do they like them ? Why does anybody like a substance that alters your perception ? With the legal RC market - users take them mainly for the effect they are going to have, yeah the idea of having something 'legal' delivered to your door has an added attraction. Effect / costs / ease of access - main reasons why people turn to the RC market.
