Legal highs at local drug stores ?

Hi, SWIM is wondering if there are legal medication that you can accumulate at a local drug store (Ie. shoppers drug mart) in the Toronto area. Swims ket dealer has recently quit dealing and there is no one in the area that has any. So he is wondering if you could use anything from a shoppers drugmart that would get you high.
