Cocaine Left eye shut off the last time I used cocaine

I'm a very occasional coke user - I've tried it maybe 20 times ever. The last time was about 2 years ago and 3 days later the vision in my left eye dimmed 80% for about 20 minutes. Has anyone experienced this before? Is this something that normally happens or does this mean that I'm gonna have a stroke the next time?
