Hello all! I recently found an interest in learning how to astral project after being told it was harmless. By the second day of trying i was
able to life my head out of my body and look around my room. I felt incredibly strong vibrations over myself, lost sense of body and
awareness and felt myself pushing out of my body. The world looked very
vibrant with a slight color difference and it was only a few seconds before i had to know if this was real or not and opened my physical
eyes.
Now that i found I am able to do this I have been practicing as often as I can. Today I meditated outside of a grocery store while waiting for a friend and slipped into the vibrational state and almost left my body but felt these immense amount of energies and some i believe
negative gave me a weird feeling after i came to. Not sure if it was a positive experience or not.
My question is if any one of you have real experienced with controlling leaving your body if outcomes were good / bad. And also do Buddhist's or any other highly spiritual people consider leaving the body a good thing or can it be bad?
